Books are run on a first in first served basis so the quicker you are at responding the more likely you are to get booked in. If you do not make into our books before they close please be patient, in the event our artists are booked out for the year, we are making a waiting list for 2027. We will post on Instagram/Social Media if we have any cancellations, so keep your eyes peeled!

Consultations in person generally aren't necessary anymore for most projects, unless we are working around odd spaces between other tattoos or if there’s a scar. If that is the case, we will contact you and set up a Facetime/Zoom call, or if you are local we will set up a time for you to come in and talk to your artist.

All bookings require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure them.

The deposit amount is different for session types and different artists. Reach out to your chosen artist to discuss deposit amount.
We always hold the deposit until your last session, and will come off the total price of that day's session. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, they are transferable if you need to reschedule, please remember this when booking an appointment.

There is a 72 hour cancellation period. Any cancellations within that 72 hours prior to the appointment, the deposit will be withheld and you will need to pay ANOTHER deposit to re-book another appointment.
Please note that 72 hours is the bare minimum amount of time to cancel. Advanced notice is much appreciated as it is much easier for us to schedule someone else in that time slot.

Each artist has different rates, reach out to your artist to discuss exact amounts.
There are certain exceptions when tattoos CAN’T BE FINISHED. If the tattoo is not completed in the full day (i.e. larger work) and would not require another full 6 hours to finish an artist may charge an hourly rateAlso, some pieces (smaller projects like hand / feet tattoos) may also not take the full day and in this circumstance he may cut some of the price from the day rate and give you a flat rate...
***This is a case by case scenario***
In general be prepared to pay the full day rate. If for some reason you are personally unable to sit for the full 6 hours, you will still be obligated to pay for the full day rate.description

We ask that clients give their artist creative freedom with their ideas, (I.E. Moth on my right forearm with berries) So they can create our most fond and enjoyed pieces without limitations and restrictions. We understand there are some things that you may really love to include or leave out, and these are always taken into consideration when choosing pieces we take on so if you would like a tattoo from us please include these specifics in your initial inquiry (I.E. I do not prefer XXX and I would like XXX) - that’s totally ok! This allows us to expand more and become more creative with each piece so they remain unique to their wearer.
Please send your artist inspiration photos and a clear straight on picture of the area to be tattooed.

It is not unusual for you to not see a design until the day of your appointment. Please be very clear with your design requests to prevent us wasting precious time with re-designs. If you are not so comfortable with this method another artist may be better suited to you.

We like to start and finish these larger pieces within 6 months as our style and way of working steadily evolves.

We will typically only tattoo cover ups with previous laser lightening. This gives us more scope on creating a beautiful piece you actually want rather than being limited. If you think your work can be covered, reach out to your chosen artist to determine if it can be done. We do not finish off any other tattooers work.

Please do not bring more than one person for company as this is a private studio and we enjoy being able to focus on your permanent art. It is important all the artists and clients are comfortable with enough space to work.
We will do our best to respond to everyone, but please be patient with us. It may take us a while to sort through requests. Please note that we can't take on every project, so we will be choosing what we feel is best suited for us. We book and respond in the order in which the requests come in.
